		<description><![CDATA[What makes you so sure I didn&#039;t mean that? As much as we engineers can&#039;t stand marketers, they don&#039;t engage in marketing tactics like this without a good reason. 

I&#039;m with you on the objective statement, but don&#039;t see an issue with a slightly overblown branding statement that summarizes the value a candidate brings to the table.]]></description>
